For Pantone FHI colours, first decide if you need the fabric or paper versions. 

The Pantone Cotton TCX colours are found in the Cotton Swatch Library binders, Cotton Chip Set binders, Cotton Planner binder, and the Cotton Passport booklet. These Pantone books have varying sized cotton chips.

If you prefer paper TPG (text paper green) then you can choose from the Pantone Paper Traveler booklet or the Color Specifier which has tear out chips or invest in a Specifier & Guide Set which has both formats.

The Munsell Color books have a binder page for each hue, select your required finish - matte or glossy. If you only need neutral tones then choose the Nearly Neutrals book.
