VeriVide – See in Truth

The VeriVide Side By Side Proof Viewing Cabinets (SBS) have been created in collaboration with PIRA, the testing services for the paper, printing, packaging, and publishing sectors, and in accordance with British and International standards.

VeriVide's unique neutral grey concave viewing deck that eliminates specular reflection, allowing accurate visual control of colour and quality.

Proof sheets are held in place on the curved metal deck using magnets provided.

The SBS can be used with both sizes of VeriVide Transparency Viewers, the VTV 1812 or the VTV 1824, both of which include nylon fibre 'gentlegrip' at the edge of the screen to hold transparencies firmly without damage.

To optimise consistency of viewing conditions the unit comprises of a unique VeriVide control panel, with optional dimming feature, specially selected white reflector and electronic ballasts.

The SBS cabinet features dual light source, for viewing transparencies and their reproductions, both incorporating a D50 light source with a high Colour Rendering Index (C.R.I).

Some applications for viewing may require additional light sources, for example, a Point of Sale illuminant, 840P15.
