There is an increasing trend towards open-plan offices, in which the ambient lighting is unspecified and cannot be controlled. This obviously creates problems for those who need to maintain correct viewing conditions for accurate colour assessment but have no space, within their area, for a separate colour assessment room.

The VeriVide Viewing Station creates a stand alone Colour Assessment Area, ideal for areas such as those described above, as it contains the following;

• A VeriVide CAC 150, which can accommodate in standards form, up to five light sources and with a viewing area of over 1.5 metres in width, allows for a wide range of samples to be viewed.
• A retractable hood and curtains which eliminate ambient lighting and internal colour interference, creating the perfect conditions for viewing colour samples and allowing consistency throughout the product chain.
• The Viewing Station incorporates VeriVide's digital control panel, allowing the user access to a wide variety of features and it can incorporate a very accurate dimming control which can be locked to prevent unwanted adjustment.
• Storage space for files such as historical colour data and accreditation information is also available as can be seen in the picture, above right.
  

The lighting within the CAC 150 includes the VeriVide D65, which creates the perfect alternative to natural daylight, calculated to the CIE 51 standard and is the best fluorescent D55 stimulator in its class.

It also provides controlled standardised Lighting which comes in a variety of illuminants such as, CIE standard daylights. Point of Sale, Tungsten Filament and Ultra Violet.
